RATT's Stephen Pearcy Schedules New Solo Album 'The Dogg Mob' for 2027

RATT frontman Stephen Pearcy has confirmed that his sixth solo outing, "The Dogg Mob", is slated for release in January or February 2027 via Pearcy's Top Fuel Records label. The first single from the upcoming record is set to land on Friday, November 20, 2026.

Pearcy has been busy crafting the material alongside long-time guitarist Erik Ferentinos, with bassist Matt Thorne handling the arrangements, mixing, and co-production at MT Studios. The album is expected to feature a high-profile lineup of special guests and surprise cameos. Pearcy previously teased the project in February with a snippet of "Drive All Night Long", a track featuring an unrevealed guest on lead guitar.

We've been writing some killer material the last few years... We're fired up about this record.

This release follows Pearcy's 2018 solo effort "View To a Thrill" and his 2017 release "Smash". The most recent single, "I Need U", debuted in April and featured a guest appearance from Blas Elias on drums. While Pearcy continues to tour under the PEARCY/DEMARTINI moniker with RATT mainstay Warren DeMartini, he maintains that his solo work serves as his personal "freedom of speech," allowing him to explore various styles from acousticed pieces to heavy hitters. Pearcy insists on the creative process, stating he simply wants to "get it out and get it heard" regardless of commercial figures.
