Queens of the Stone Age Debut 'Where The Goth Girls At?' Music Video

Queens of the Stone Age have premiered the official music video for "Where The Goth Girls At?", the third single from their upcoming ninth album, "Perfecth". Directed by Christopher Gruse and Tony Wolski, the visual features comedian Steve Agee, dancer Scarlett Kapella, and singer Lou Lou Safran alongside the band.

_Where The Goth Girls At?_ follows previous singles "Easy Street" and "Insignificant Other". The track finds frontman Josh Homme reflecting on his upbringing in Palm Desert, California. Homme noted that the lyrical inspiration came from watching "goth girls working the counter at JCPenney" and giving makeovers to elderly women, marking the moment he knew where he wanted to be.

The record is called 'Perfecth' because 'perfect', as a word, has never been honest.

Produced by Homme and Michael Shuman, "Perfecth" is set for release on October 30 via Matador Records. The album title reflects a rejection of the word "perfect," which Homme claims has never been honest; he chose to break the word into "perfecth" as a more fitting descriptor.

_Perfecth_ will be available on CD, standard black vinyl, and clear vinyl at indie retailers. A limited deluxe gatefold LP will be available exclusively on the QOTSA and Matador webstores, featuring handwritten lyrics and bespoke art. Recorded in locations ranging from New Orleans to Los Angeles, the nine-track collection explores various facets of love—from the significant to the insignificant—while navigating moods ranging from the menacing to the gentle.
