Metal Allegiance Announce 2026 Anaheim Concert

Metal Allegiance will return to the House Of Blues in Anaheim on January 22, 2026 for its annual all-star concert. Core members David Ellefson, Mark Menghi, Alex Skolnick and Mike Portnoy will anchor a large rotating lineup.

Confirmed guests include Testament vocalist Chuck Billy, Armored Saint singer John Bush, Alice In Chains vocalist William DuVall, Exodus bassist Jack Gibson, guitarist Gary Holt, Sepultura guitarist Andreas Kisser, Mastodon bassist and vocalist Troy Sanders and Bad Wolves guitarist Doc Coyle. Additional unannounced musicians are expected. Chained Saint, Red Reign and Lost Legacy will provide opening support.

The annual all-star gathering will unite the collective’s core members with a rotating cast of major metal musicians.

The show continues Metal Allegiance’s long-running Anaheim tradition around the NAMM period. Rather than presenting a fixed touring set, the concerts combine original Metal Allegiance material with classic metal songs selected for specific combinations of musicians. Rehearsals and guest availability ensure that each edition differs substantially from the previous year.

Metal Allegiance recently signed with Reigning Phoenix Music, giving the collective a new label partner after several years of limited recording activity. The project began as a broad celebration of heavy metal but developed into a recording group with two studio albums and an EP. Its structure allows members of major active bands to collaborate without committing to a permanent conventional lineup. Tickets for the 2026 concert go on sale October 17 following a promoter presale.
