Floor Jansen Drops New Single 'Everything Is Moving On' Ahead of 'Hytress' Album

Symphonic metal powerhouse Floor Jansen has officially released "Everything Is Moving On" via REVAMP Music/Warner Music. Serving as the third single from her upcoming studio album, "Hytress", the track serves as a stark reminder that life is happening in the present moment, urging listeners to stop postponing what matters.

Jansen describes the track as a call to be present and take necessary risks. "We so easily tell ourselves we'll do something later, but life keeps moving," she explains. The song explores the balance between making bold choices and the necessity of letting go of things that no longer fit your identity, ensuring that moving on doesn't mean erasing past experiences.

"For me, this song is about being awake to the life you have now."

Musically, "Everything Is Moving On" maintains Jansen's signature vocal-led foundation while embracing a sharper, heavier sound for the "Hytress" era. The album, scheduled for release on January 15, 2027, marks a significant evolution following the success of her debut solo record, "Paragon".

Jansen's solo career is currently riding high on international momentum, boasting nearly 150 million streams and high-profile performances at festivals like Wacken Open Air and Sweden Rock. The release of "Hytress" will be followed by a comprehensive international tour across Europe and South America in 2027.
