Eleine Drop 'Liars Linger' Ahead of New Album Release

Swedish metal heavyweights ELEINE have unleashed their latest single and accompanying visualizer, "Liars Linger", ahead of their upcoming fifth studio album, "The Water Taste Of Blood". The new material, slated for release on December 4 via Algoth Records, showcases the band's signature ability to balance crushing heaviness with a fragile, melodic core.

While the previous track "Watch As We Rise" focused on the fall of empires, "Liars Linger" tackles the more intimate, jagged sting of personal betrayal. According to vocalist Madeleine Liljestam and guitarist/vocalist Rikard Ekberg, the song explores the moment trust is shattered by those close enough to know your secrets. The duo describes the track as one of the album's strongest choruses, designed to transform the pain of being deceived into the strength required to reclaim freedom.

It's heartbreaking yet uplifting, heavy but fragile.

Following the release, the band is set to embark on their most ambitious headline tour to date. The trek will see them hitting over 30 dates across Europe, including stops in London, Paris, Hamburg, and Milan. The tour concludes in Sweden on December 5 with an exclusive album release show in Lund, marking a significant milestone for the band since they climbed to number one on the Swedish sales charts.
