Infectious Grooves are marking over three decades of funk-infused heavy metal by celebrating the 35th anniversary of their debut album, "The Plague That Makes Your Booty Move... It's The Infectious Grooves". The milestone will be commemorated with a special performance at The Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles on November 28.

The project, which saw Robert Trujillo and Mike Muir form a bass-centric outfit shortly after Trujillo joined Suicidal Tendencies in 1989, will feature a heavy-hitting lineup for the anniversary date. Joining the veteran duo on stage are guitarists Dean Pleasants and Dave Kushner, alongside drummer Brooks Wackerman.

INFECTIOUS GROOVES are coming back to Funk it Up with another special anniversary show.

According to the band's social media announcement, the setlist will consist of the entirety of their debut album alongside several "high octane jams" and a few surprises. The performance serves as a high-energy homecoming for the project, which has remained a staple of the underground scene since its inception. Tickets for the Los Angeles date go on sale this Friday at 7:00 AM PST.
