A Perfect Circle Drop 'To Whom It May Concern' Ahead of 2027 North American Tour

A PERFECT CIRCLE have issued their second single of the year, "To Whom It May Concern", following the success of "Starless", which recently hit the number one spot on Active Rock radio. The new track was recorded at Billy Howerdel's Lankershim Ranch Studio in Studio City, California, and features a mix by Matty Green and drums from long-time collaborator Josh Freese.

To celebrate the new material, Howerdel and Maynard James Keenan have announced an extensive North American tour scheduled to kick off on April 13, 2027, in Vancouver. The run will hit iconic stops including the Hollywood Bowl and Red Rocks Amphitheatre. PUSIFER will join the fold for all Canadian dates as well as the Detroit shows, while THE CULT will provide support for the remaining US dates from late April through June.

Keenan echoed the sentiment, expressing his enthusiasm for the upcoming run, adding, "Been way, way too long. New tunes, new dance moves, new hair hats. Figure it out."

Tickets for the 2027 run go on sale on October 2, following a dedicated presale starting on September 30. This follows a heavy touring schedule for the band, who will also be traversing Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan throughout the remainder of the year.
