Lamb Of God have announced a North American headline tour for March and April 2026 with Kublai Khan TX, Fit For An Autopsy and Sanguisugabogg. The 27-date run begins at MGM National Harbor in Maryland on March 17 and concludes at Boston’s MGM Music Hall on April 26.

The route includes Montreal, Toronto, Detroit, Minneapolis, Chicago, Denver, Salt Lake City, Portland, Seattle, Vancouver, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Albuquerque, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Nashville, Atlanta, Raleigh, Reading, Virginia Beach, Buffalo, Brooklyn and Uncasville.

The 27-date package follows the release of ‘Sepsis’, Lamb Of God’s first original song since ‘Omens’.

Guitarist Mark Morton presented the bill as an unusually concentrated collection of riff-driven heavy music. The tour combines Lamb Of God’s modern American metal with hardcore, deathcore and death metal, giving each night a deliberately escalating structure rather than relying on closely matched bands.

The announcement follows “Sepsis”, Lamb Of God’s first new original track since 2022 album “Omens”. Produced by longtime collaborator Josh Wilbur, the song pays tribute to the Richmond underground scene in which the band developed. A live video documents its debut at Aftershock Festival.

Lamb Of God marked the 25th anniversary of their recorded catalogue in 2025 and also appeared at Black Sabbath’s “Back To The Beginning” event. The current lineup remains Randy Blythe, John Campbell, Mark Morton, Willie Adler and Art Cruz. “Omens” became their sixth consecutive album to enter the Top 15 of the Billboard 200.
