Finger Eleven Set to Drop Deluxe Edition of 'Last Night on Earth'
The Canadian hard rock veterans have unveiled a new maxi-single and a deluxe expansion of their latest studio effort.
Canadian hard rock stalwarts Finger Eleven have confirmed that a deluxe edition of their latest album, 'Last Night on Earth', will arrive on November 6. The expansion serves as a comprehensive collection, featuring eighteen tracks including various demos, live recordings, and an instrumental version of the title track.
To pave the way for the deluxe release, the band has issued a new maxi-single of 'Last Night on Earth' via Better Noise Music. The release is accompanied by a global campaign inviting the wider artist community to collaborate. Fans are encouraged to add their own vocals or remix the instrumental, sharing their creations online using the hashtag #F11LastNightDuet.
I have no idea what to expect, and that's exactly what I love about it.
Frontman Scott Anderson expressed his enthusiasm for the collaborative spirit of the project. "We have always loved the idea of turning 'Last Night on Earth' into a duet," Anderson stated, noting that they want artists to bring their own style and emotion regardless of the arrangement.
While the band prepares for the deluxe release, they are also gearing up for a 12-city UK tour with Soil starting on October 30 at Brighton's Chalk. The tour will see them hit cities including Manchester, Glasgow, and Bristol, concluding at London's Electric Ballroom on November 14.
